The directory is meant to be a tool for all institutes,
professionals, students, communities and other organizations
interested in the process of educating health professionals in
the countries of the Eastern Mediterranean Region.
The main aim is to share knowledge among all these stakeholders
at national, regional and global levels.
The directory enlists all available data on the institutes that
award at least a bachelor degree in any of the health
professions.
In producing this directory, the WHO Regional Office for the
Eastern Mediterranean would like to emphasize that the inclusion
of any college does not imply by any means that such college
is recognized or accredited.
